This is from 1986. Take a close look at the right side of the comic. The last four words are EVIL. In the sky above the towers we have the eye of the Kingpin. (All Seeing Eye)Below the eye, we have the towers partialy inside a scope, with the word APOCALYPSE at the base.
Freaky.
