Comic Book Psychics

I remember reading an afterward by Stephen King in one of his Dark Tower books about how he didn't really write the Dark Tower, he "channeled" it. I found the concept fascinating. Some of the greatest novels in history came to the authors through dreams. A notable example would be Bram Stoker's Dracula.
I talked with a relative about this, and she told me that when she wrote her novel, it came to her from god. I have heard others call it the universal consciousness, and I have even heard some call it Mercury, messenger of the gods. (Hence the name of this blog). Anyway, where it comes from is not something I know, nor is it something I want to focus on in this post. What I want to focus on is that it exists. I have just seen too much evidence.

The following comic book cover was published in 1992.

Deathstroke the Terminator was a soldier who fought in the Vietnam war named Slade Wilson. Slade was given some sort of super soldier formula and received enhanced strength as well as heightened senses. On this cover he is standing in an unnamed city that looks like a cross between Seattle and New York. Behind him is the smoking twin towers.

Here is another one called Athena Inc, published January 2001

I think the various artists responsible for these images were receiving them as some kind of warning. Speak up and let me know what you think.
